Joe is a native of Akron, Ohio, who graduated from Kent State University with a BFA degree in graphic design and made the Baltimore / Annapolis area his home in 1992. He and his wife Eva have run their own in-house design firm since 1998 and created Citizen Pride in 2013. Over 65,000 house flags and countless decals have been sold which are spreading citizen pride throughout Maryland and the United States!
